How LuckyHouse handles personal information.

Who is responsible
LUCKY HOUSE COMMUNICATION JOINT STOCK COMPANY, enterprise registration number 0110830116, operates LuckyHouse from Ha Dong District, Hanoi, Vietnam. Privacy requests may be sent to manager@luckyhouse.tech.
Contact-form information
When you contact us, we receive your name, email, optional company, inquiry type, message and confirmation of privacy consent. We use it to evaluate and respond to your request, maintain appropriate business correspondence, prevent form abuse and address legal obligations.
Retention
We do not store contact submissions in the WordPress database. Received business emails are retained for up to 12 months unless they are needed longer for an active matter or legal obligation, then deleted when no longer required.
Hosting and security logs
Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical logs such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested URL to deliver the site, prevent abuse and investigate security incidents. Their retention is governed by operational and legal requirements.
Affiliate links and third parties
Affiliate links may contain identifiers. After you follow a link, the merchant or affiliate network may use cookies or similar technologies to attribute a visit or qualifying action under its own privacy policy. LuckyHouse does not control those third-party sites.
Analytics and cookies at launch
LuckyHouse does not run optional analytics or advertising trackers at launch and therefore does not display a cookie-consent banner. Essential hosting and security functions may still process technical requests. Before optional analytics such as GA4 are enabled, we will add consent tooling and update this policy.
Your requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable law and necessary identity checks. Email manager@luckyhouse.tech.
International visitors and updates
The site serves a worldwide audience and is operated by a Vietnamese company. Information may be processed where our email, hosting and service providers operate, subject to their safeguards. We may update this policy when practices or legal requirements change and will post the revised date here.
